You can create an unlimited number of STOCKLii users and manage access and privileges for each. Your Administrators will have access to all the stored files and the administration of the STOCKLii account.
Creating a user can be done in 3 steps:
1 - Information
To create a user, simply specify a Username and Password. By default, an Administrator will have access to all files and the administration of the account. To change this, simply go to the Privileges and Access tabs.
2 - Privileges
There are two types of users: Administrators and Users.
- Administrators have full privileges and access to all the storage space.
- Users can have their own privileges and limited access:
- Download and read.
- Upload, edit and rename.
- Delete.
3 - Access
Managing Users’ access allows to properly control storage space. There are two types of access:
- All files in the storage space.
- Files in a folder and its subfolders.
